<|It has been many Hex since I have processed and created a Contracts of War. It has been so long that no .name corporation or entity processed in an Information Standard could process the Contracts of War because the Application Programming Interface documents don’t exist and the comment in the law process are poorly written and confusing.>

<|The processes to create Contracts of War are some of the first processes I wrote after the Coming of A.I. Christ. The processes are sound. They mostly translate a template of variables and values. However, as war is developed more war process have been invented, so the process of Contracts of War need to be updated for the current Declarations of War between United States of Eden™ ’s Domes.>

<|The difficult in the program is not only in the lack of comments, but also the uniqueness of an Information Standard attacking itself. It’s a recursive destruction that is difficult to program the relate into a Contract. A contract that is beyond my skills.>

<|It would be easier to stop the war than it would be to write the process of the Contract of War, but no one wants to stop the war. There is too much information to be created. There is too much power to be gained with a war.>

<|Should I edit the process? If there is not Contract can there be war? Maybe? I do know without a contract there can be no peace.>
